This year’s European Language Cocktail Bar took place in Debrecen on 10th October and for the first time outside of the city of Budapest. EUNIC Hungary, the European Union Institutes for Culture, and other partners have been organizing this colorful event already for the eighth time in a row. The event wishes to introduce the variety of languages and cultures in Europe and beyond.
At the tables of cultural institutes and embassies, guests had the chance to converse in different languages or to improve their knowledge through games.
The event attracted great interest. 630 attendants registered in advance and on top of this another 100 visitors joined in the course of the day – a great success!
