Within Switzerland’s regional Debt Resolution project, the Ministry of Justice and IFC Europe & Central Asia have concluded a new partnership aimed at improving local bankruptcy procedures and boost the efficiency of the debt resolution system in Kosovo. Switzerland, which is the second largest foreign direct investor in Kosovo, welcomes this new endeavour which will help reducing uncertainty and potential risks faced by investors.
