Switzerland promotes democratic governance and the rule of law by promoting inclusive policies and the improvement of inter-community relations and language rights.
Switzerland is glad to support the OSCE Mission in Kosovo together with the Kosovo Police and Office of the Language Commissioner in developing a bilingual handbook for traffic police, a bilingual language proficiency scheme for new cadets, and a multilingual mobile platform.
