Objectives
Understand the dynamics, gaps, needs, and opportunities in Moldova’s civil society and media sectors where Swiss support can make a difference.
Define a long-term vision and scenarios for Swiss support, outlining expected impacts and identifying priority areas and entry points.
Provide an overview of sector stakeholders and a basic risk assessment.
Application Requirements
To apply, please submit the following documents:
- A brief technical proposal (max. 5 pages) detailing:
- Proposed approaches and methodology
- Work plan and timeline
- Activities and deliverables
- Roles and responsibilities of the consultants
- Budget (template for the financial offer will be provided)
- A work sample from a similar project completed in the last five years
- Detailed CVs in English for both consultants.

The assessment will take place between August and October 2024.
