Ambassador Alain Gaschen paid a courtesy call to Atty. Engelbert Caronan Jr., President and CEO of the Development Academy of the Philippines, to exchange views on capacity building and knowledge creation. Ambassador Gaschen shared that Switzerland is ready to offer its technical support and expertise on innovation and governance best practices which have in the past included previous DAP training courses on federalism for Philippine legislative members.
