Displaced people seek protection for a variety of reasons. But who should receive protection? What kind of protection should they be granted and where? Experts discuss whether the current system is in need of reform.

Displaced people seek protection in Europe – and in Switzerland – for a variety of reasons. But who should be granted protection? What kind of protection should they be granted and where? Who pays for it? And what are the consequences for countries with more generous or more restrictive systems? The panel debate brings together experts to discuss whether the current system is in need of reform.
