Project completed
Augmenter la résilience du Tchad face aux variations climatiques par une gestion active des ressources en eau de surface et des aquifères. Il est attendu que des stratégies durables d’exploitation de l’eau soient mises en place, définissant le débit exploitable et la densité maximum de points d’eau par km2 ; les zones présentant les meilleures potentialités de développement de l’agriculture irriguée; les zones dans lesquelles une réalimentation artificielle des aquifères est possible.
