December 10, 2021, Roghun. The Aga Khan Agency for Habitat (AKAH) in Tajikistan handed over an emergency shelter in the Roghun District of Rasht Valley to the Committee of Emergency Situation and Civil Defense (CoESCD). The Integrated Health and Habitat Improvement Project, Phase II (IHHI II) is funded by the Government of Switzerland and AKF (UK) and implemented by AKAH will build and hand over four emergency shelters in the most hazard-prone areas of Rasht valley within the project.
