The Swiss Cooperation Office (SCO) within the Embassy oversees the implementation of the economic development cooperation program in Vietnam. It works closely with national and regional authorities, private sector partners, multilateral development banks and other donors. The office is operated by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), which is responsible for the implementation of the economic development cooperation in Vietnam.
