Die Ausstellung „Let’s speak Rumantsch!“ widmet sich einer der am wenigsten bekannten Landessprachen Europas – dem Rumantsch, das in der Schweiz von rund 60.000 Menschen gesprochen wird. Auf sechs informativen Postern werden die Facetten dieser einzigartigen Sprache aufgezeigt – von ihrer Herkunft über ihre regionale Vielfalt bis hin zu ihrem Überleben im digitalen Zeitalter.

Swiss Film Late Shift (Heldin) at the German Film Festival 2025

The Embassy of Switzerland in Singapore is pleased to co-present the Swiss film Late Shift (Heldin) as part of the German Film Festival 2025. Directed by Petra Volpe (The Divine Order), the film tells the story of Floria, a dedicated nurse working in an understaffed hospital ward whose night shift turns into a tense race against time. It offers a compelling and human portrayal of care, exhaustion, and resilience. Late Shift had its world premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale) in February 2025 and has since attracted over 600,000 viewers in cinemas across German-speaking countries. The Swiss-German co-production has also been selected as Switzerland’s entry for the Best International Feature Film category at the 2026 Oscars.
