President Ignazio Cassis regularly holds exchanges with actors from the economic and scientific communities and organisations interested in the Europe dossier. Following an initial meeting on 5 November, he today brought representatives from these various groups together around the same table to continue the exchanges on relations between Switzerland and the EU.
At this latest meeting, participants had an opportunity to share their views on a number of specific proposals developed within civil society in recent months. This stimulating and constructive exchange complements the ongoing discussions and consultations with the institutional partners, namely Parliament and the cantons.
