Opportunity for New Business Ventures for Three Serbian Manufacturing Companies

Within the Swiss-supported SME HUB project, the first three Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have started their transformation process to become suppliers of multinational companies. These pioneers are: Uniplast from Uzice, Marking from Cacak, and Adore from Belgrade. The total value of these transformations amounts to approximately CHF 300’000.



The SME HUB Project Officially Launched

The SME HUB, a public-private partnership project between the Swiss Government and the Serbian company ICT Hub, was officially launched in front of more than 120 guests, who were also presented with the first work of the SME Hub. The project was ceremoniously inaugurated by H.E. Ambassador of Switzerland in Serbia, Urs Schmid, the Assistant Minister of Economy, Katarina Obradović Jovanović, and the Director of SME HUB, Aleksandar Goračinov.




Young Swiss abroad: congratulations for reaching the age of majority

On 20th September, the Chancery Team of the Embassy of Switzerland in Serbia organized a celebration for young Swiss abroad who have reached the age of 18 and as such the legal age of majority. The aim of the event was to introduce them to their rights, obligations and opportunities as Swiss citizens, as well as to encourage them to take part in our democratic processes.
