Objectives |
Preserve Diplo's capacities to implement its activities including important projects for Switzerland’s international activities. |

Medium-term outcomes |
|
Results |
Expected results: Research products, developed online learning platform, guidebook for online learning, guidance toolkit on visualisation tools, effective multimedia reporting, training, advise, production of visual reporting, Survey of SDC’s knowledge and experience with online learning. Results from previous phases: Reduction of dependence on SDC from 85% (2007) to 33% (2013) by the diversification of funding and the development of new programs. However, SDC’s declared objective to assure other funding sources was not met. In 2015, SDC has not contributed financially to Diplo. As a result, unsustainable funding created institutional insecurity and staff turnover, jeopardizing the implementation of development-oriented activities and projects financed by other units of the DFAE and other federal offices. |
