The Swiss Network for Education and International Cooperation (RECI) with the support of the SDC and Swiss Solidarity are organising a one-day conference on 'Education in Emergencies’ in Bern on 16 November 2017. Education in emergencies is a major problem and a priority of the 2030 Agenda in light of the fact that over 75 million school-age children and young people living in conflict regions do not have access to education. The conference will be an opportunity to discuss challenges, share experiences and lessons learned, and explore ways to redouble efforts to tackle the problem.
