Relations between Switzerland and the Caribbean dual-island state of Saint Kitts and Nevis are good although not particularly intensive. The Swiss embassy in the Dominican Republic represents Switzerland's interests in Saint Kitts and Nevis.

The Embassy in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) has represented the interests of Switzerland in St Kitts and Nevis since 2007. Since May 2011, all consular matters have been dealt with by the Regional Consular Centre in Santo Domingo.

There are no treaties between Switzerland and St Kitts and Nevis. In the Human Rights Council universal periodic review (UPR) for St Kitts and Nevis, Switzerland recommended an immediate moratorium on the death penalty with a view to its overall abolition.

The nation's two main economic sectors are tourism and financial services. There is little trade with Switzerland. Imports amounted to just under CHF 380,000 in 2019, while exports came to CHF 2.6 million.
