The two countries have concluded an agreement on reciprocal visa-free access for holders of a diplomatic or service passport. The Swiss embassy in Caracas (Venezuela) represents Swiss interests in Saint Lucia.
In 2020, Switzerland imported almost no goods from St Lucia. Swiss exports to St Lucia – mainly watches and, to a lesser extent, chemicals – totalled CHF 600,000.
Researchers in Saint Lucia can apply to the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) for Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships.
